Responsibilities
- Provide premium dog walking services for high-value breeds in upscale DC neighborhoods
- Deliver real-time photo/video updates via our proprietary app for client reassurance
- Administer specialized care (medication, feeding, behavior management) as needed
- Maintain detailed client records and service logs for accountability
- Implement positive reinforcement training techniques during walks
- Coordinate with other team members for seamless scheduling and coverage
- Represent Paws & Prosper DC with exceptional professionalism in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid DC pet care certification and proof of liability insurance
- Expertise handling large breeds and high-energy dogs
- Exceptional communication skills and tech proficiency (smartphone, apps)
- Ability to manage multiple clients with complex scheduling needs
