- Collaborate with culinary team on coffee-infused creations
- Train junior staff on industry-leading coffee standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years high-volume specialty coffee experience
- Latte art certification or demonstrable expertise
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service with luxury clientele experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification and ServSafe preferred
