Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Stock shelves and maintain accurate inventory levels in all departments
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are met during stocking operations
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking equipment safely and effectively
- Participate in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
- Report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory counting abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
