Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments with precision and speed
- Operate pallet jacks and safely unload delivery trucks
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper shelf placement
- Collaborate with overnight team to prioritize stocking tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM shifts consistently
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license (for operating pallet jacks)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
