Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments with precision
- Execute strategic floor plans and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and reconciliation procedures
- Maintain pristine stockroom organization and safety protocols
- Collaborate with overnight teams to ensure seamless operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Implement loss prevention measures and security best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail/inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Basic math and inventory software proficiency
- Reliable transportation and punctuality record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
