Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments using company-provided equipment
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper FIFO compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and industrial carts safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Availability to work 3:00 AM - 9:00 AM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic familiarity with inventory management systems (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
