Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves and display areas according to company standards
- Operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling heavy items and equipment
- Support store cleanliness and merchandising standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to accommodate early morning shifts
- Willingness to complete paid training program (2 weeks)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
