Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock levels
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and price verification
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store preparation
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Attention to detail in stocking and organization
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
