Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Receive, unpack, and stock incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Shelf Maintenance: Organize products on shelves, ensuring pricing accuracy and visual appeal.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management.
- Store Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor throughout your shift.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with finding products and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Heavy Lifting: Safely move inventory using pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Experience: Previous retail or stocking experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
