Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
