Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries in early morning hours (4 AM - 10 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct basic inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight crew for seamless store opening preparation
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4 AM - 10 AM shifts, Monday through Friday
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Ability to work in fast-paced, refrigerated environments
