Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Unload trucks, organize pallets, and stock shelves efficiently to ensure product availability.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure all merchandise is correctly priced and labeled.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with locating products and provide exceptional service whenever possible.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and perform heavy manual labor.
- Availability: Must be available for early morning shifts (5:00 AM start time).
- Experience: Previous stocking, warehousing, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable transportation method and a positive attitude.
