Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and racks according to company standards.
- Rotate inventory to ensure older stock is sold first (FIFO).
- Keep the sales floor and storage areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and records.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling cash or inventory counts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and be on your feet.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
