Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Stock shelves, racks, and display cases efficiently to maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock runs low.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
- Assist with seasonal setups and promotional displays as needed.
- Keep the sales floor and backroom areas tidy and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Ability to commit to early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning items or logging inventory.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
