Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to company visual standards.
- Ensure products are facing forward and price tags are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory counts and price change activities.
- Collaborate with the morning crew to meet daily operational goals.
- Greet customers and assist with shopping needs as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and a strong track record of punctuality.
- Willingness and ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory and pricing tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly.
