Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise deliveries before store opening
- Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas efficiently
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention
- Support other departments during peak hours as needed
Qualifications
- Available to work shifts starting between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
