Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and coolers with accuracy and efficiency to ensure product availability.
- Organize merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor according to company standards.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Process incoming inventory and ensure proper rotation of stock (FIFO).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and targets.
- Perform basic cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
