Responsibilities
- Unload and process inbound shipments with efficiency and accuracy
- Organize and merchandise products throughout sales floor according to planograms
- Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain inventory integrity
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store safety and cleanliness standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Assist in price marking and promotional signage setup
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to department managers
- Adhere to all food safety and handling protocols
Qualifications
- Previous stocking/warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work overnight shifts (typically 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
