Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stock merchandise efficiently before store opening
- Ensure accurate inventory placement and rotation (FIFO method)
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe stockroom environments
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Execute plan-o-grams and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
Qualifications
- Availability for 4 AM - 1 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Previous stocker or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Pass background check and drug screening
