Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments according to company standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms
- Collaborate with overnight teams to achieve daily stocking goals
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating pallet jacks and equipment
- Execute plan-o-grams to maximize product visibility and sales
- Monitor and report maintenance issues or product discrepancies
- Assist in store resets and promotional displays as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts starting as early as 4:00 AM
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to River North location
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
