Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with precision and efficiency
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize stocking workflows
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- Available to work early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and stocking procedures
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
