Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (3 AM - 11 AM)
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to company standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and price marking as needed
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (3 AM - 11 AM)
- Previous stocking or retail experience preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to shift location
