Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments using company-provided POS terminals
- Operate inventory scanners and barcode readers (equipment provided)
- Balance cash registers and prepare daily deposit reports
- Assist customers with product inquiries using digital price checkers
- Maintain organized checkout area with supplied signage and display tools
- Operate customer service headsets for seamless communication
- Use company tablets to process returns and exchanges
- Participate in team training sessions with provided learning materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided anti-fatigue mats
- Reliable transportation to our Boston location
- No prior cashier experience required – equipment training provided
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
