Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in warehouse and sales floor areas
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless shift transitions
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and sales floors
- Operate inventory scanning systems and update stock counts
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Basic inventory management or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Detroit metro locations
- Comfortable working independently with remote check-ins
