Responsibilities
- Stock and organize merchandise according to visual merchandising standards
- Operate inventory management systems and RF scanners with precision
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize floor transitions
- Conduct quality checks on incoming shipments and damaged goods
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom with FIFO rotation protocols
- Support inventory counts and reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards for equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or warehouse stocking
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory software and RF scanners
- Early morning availability (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM shifts)
- Valid Arizona driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
