Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming inventory with precision
- Stock shelves overnight to ensure product availability
- Maintain organized storage areas and FIFO rotation systems
- Collaborate with overnight team for efficient workflow
- Conduct quality checks on incoming products
- Operate pallet jacks and stock equipment safely
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness standards
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
Qualifications
- Ability to start shifts between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation to early shifts
- Team-oriented communication skills
