Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments in the early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Early morning availability (4:00 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
