Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves and display areas according to planograms and visual standards
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stockroom records
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve stocking goals before store opening
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention policies
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
Qualifications
- Previous stocking, warehousing, or retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
