Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise according to company standards
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers during early morning hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in all storage and sales areas
- Operate pallet jacks and other stocking equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible early morning shifts (4:00 AM start time)
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
