Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming merchandise shipments
- Stock shelves, displays, and coolers according to planograms
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain workflow efficiency
- Assist with price markdowns and promotional setups
Qualifications
- Ability to work 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for warehouse operations)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
