Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and compliance with safety protocols
- Actively participate in team training and development sessions
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to State Street location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours weekly
