Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and organize inventory to ensure products are displayed attractively and accurately.
- Perform daily inventory checks and update pricing tags as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor, aisles, and backroom are clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate basic retail equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks early in the morning.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific education is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Physical stamina to lift boxes and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the schedule.
