Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in early morning hours (4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planograms
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight crew for efficient store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train on the job!
- Reliable early morning availability (starts at 4:00 AM)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid ID and work authorization documents
