Responsibilities
- Unload and organize merchandise shipments efficiently
- Stock shelves and displays according to planogram standards
- Ensure pricing accuracy and promotional signage placement
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Rotate stock to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage
- Report inventory discrepancies to department lead
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable early morning availability (4:00 AM start)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
