Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise accurately and efficiently to ensure store readiness.
- Organize shelves and displays to maintain a clean, inviting, and safe shopping environment.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory standards.
- Assist in maintaining overall store cleanliness and safety standards.
- Operate standard retail equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and stocking goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (e.g., 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a proven track record of punctuality.
- No prior experience required; we provide paid training.
- Basic math and computer skills are preferred.
