Responsibilities
- Receive and unload merchandise deliveries promptly and efficiently.
- Organize and stock shelves according to strict planograms.
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper product placement.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor and backroom.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering basic inquiries.
- Operate powered pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods on hard surfaces.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory counts.
- Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus but not required.
