Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling returns, exchanges, and payments.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and services to provide knowledgeable recommendations to shoppers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts and reporting any stock discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays).
