Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and personalized service
- Manage virtual consultations via video chat for remote clients across Nevada
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with digital teams to update inventory and pricing in real-time
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive retail environments
- Train on omnichannel systems supporting both physical and digital storefronts
- Participate in flexible scheduling with 3-4 days in-store and 1-2 remote days weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proficiency with digital tools (video conferencing, inventory software)
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid NV driver's license for occasional store transfers
- High school diploma or equivalent required
