Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing product displays according to brand standards
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Participate in training programs to develop product expertise and leadership skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years retail experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude in fast-paced settings
