Responsibilities
- Receive and unload merchandise deliveries efficiently and safely.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with accuracy and speed.
- Organize merchandise to ensure an appealing and safe shopping environment.
- Rotate stock to ensure product freshness and FIFO compliance.
- Perform price changes and maintain price tag accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 3:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling inventory and pricing.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
