Responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and organize merchandise delivery trucks to ensure accuracy and freshness.
- Stock shelves, display cases, and storage areas according to company standards and visual guidelines.
- Perform regular price changes, tagging, and inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, including backroom organization.
- Assist in the removal of damaged or expired products from the sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily stocking targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM).
- Physical stamina required to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols strictly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Basic math skills for price checks and inventory management.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
