Responsibilities
- Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and transport it to the sales floor with speed and accuracy.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with company standards.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Assist in inventory management, including tagging and pricing new arrivals.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily stocking goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Basic math skills for scanning prices and handling cash.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Previous retail or stocking experience is a plus but not required.
