Responsibilities
- Replenish shelves with products in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organize stockrooms and ensure merchandise displays are eye-catching and fully stocked.
- Unload incoming deliveries and transport goods to the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate standard retail equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in inventory counts and prepare items for upcoming sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for scanning and pricing.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
