Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays to company visual standards.
- Unload trucks and organize incoming inventory efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Process customer returns and damaged goods according to safety protocols.
- Assist with price changes and ticketing to ensure accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with the morning crew to ensure store readiness for opening.
- Operate standard retail equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
