Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers upon arrival with a friendly smile and assist with any inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict attention to accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocking shelves to ensure a well-organized store.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money with precision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
