Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and merchandise incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Stock shelves, coolers, and display areas following visual standards and planograms
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of all products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team members to optimize workflow
- Adhere to all food safety and company compliance protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Previous stocker or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management and pricing verification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for maintaining high standards of store presentation
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
