Responsibilities
- Efficiently stock and organize merchandise in assigned departments before store opening
- Inspect and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and optimal presentation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety compliance
- Maintain clean and orderly stockroom environments per company standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to coordinate inventory receiving processes
- Execute planogram compliance for visual merchandising excellence
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail stocking or warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
