Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Restock shelves, racks, and display cases with new and returned merchandise.
- Organize inventory and rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly sales floor and stockroom at all times.
- Assist customers with locating products and answer basic questions regarding merchandise.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company policy.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
