Start your day before sunrise! Chandler Retail Solutions is seeking dedicated Early Morning Stockers to join our dynamic team. We provide all necessary equipment – no need to bring your own tools! As the first team member on site, you'll ensure our shelves are perfectly stocked before customer arrival. Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming shipments using provided equipment (pallet jacks, ladders, etc.)
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays according to planogram standards
- Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and proper stock rotation
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Operate provided material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store opening
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Attention to detail in product placement and organization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
