Responsibilities
- Unload and merchandise shipments efficiently before store opening
- Organize and stock shelves according to visual standards
- Operate inventory systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Support store maintenance and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Availability for 4 AM - 12 PM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic inventory system knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
